DO YOU NEED A REPRESENTATIVE?

Selling packaged goods in Germany from abroad?
If your company is established outside Germany, has no branch in Germany and sells packaged goods directly to end users in Germany, you are generally required to appoint an Authorized Representative in Germany.

Small business? You’re in the right place.
Â
There is no minimum shipping volume. Even if you only send a small number of packaged orders to Germany, the requirements may apply to your business.

We understand that smaller sellers often have changing or unpredictable shipping volumes. Our service is designed to stay practical and proportionate to the scale of your business

What about packaging licensing?
If your packaging is subject to system participation, we also handle the required coordination with a dual system and the related reporting as part of our service. The actual system participation fees are charged separately and depend on your packaging materials and volumes.
Not sure whether this applies to your business?
